The Outpost Boat Ramp 4576 Black Creek Rd (Hwy 3280) Freeport, FL 32439 (850) 835-2779 GPS: N 30 27.083 W 86 04.125 Fee: Call Private ramp open to the public sometimes. Located at The Outpost, a biker bar on the south side of the Black Creek Road bridge. Very crowded with bikes on the weekends during the summer. Parking is about 300' up the road in a field.
